Lane 1: K562 Cell lysates; probed with RAB27A (9C6) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51334M) at 1:2000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.
K562 cells probed with using RAB27A (9C6) Monoclonal Antibody bsm-51334M at 1:25 for 60 minutes followed by A488 secondary antibody at 1:200 (green) compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG1 (blue).
Lane 1: Human K562 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human Jurkat cell lysates probed with RAB27A Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51334M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
