VALIDATION IMAGES

Lane 1: Jurkat Cell lysates; Lane 2: Ramos Cell lysates; Lane 3: HT-1080 Cell lysates; probed with GARS (1C6) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51350M) at 1:2000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized HeLa cells; antibody incubation with GARS (1C6) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51350M) at 1:25 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary (green). Cytoplasmic actin is detected with Dylight® 554 Phalloidin at 1:100 dilution (red). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).


Hela cells probed with using GARS (1C6) Monoclonal Antibody (green) unconjugated bsm-51350M at 1:25 for 60 minutes at 37ºC followed by secondary antibody at 1:200 compared to an isotype control of mouse IgG1 (blue).
