VALIDATION IMAGES

Lane 1: Mouse brain lysates; Lane 2: HeLa Cell lysates; Lane 3: Y79 Cell lysates; Lane 4: CEM Cell lysates; Lane 5: PC-12 Cell lysates; probed with TBB5 (7D3) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51387M) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human testis tissue; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 15 minutes; Blocking buffer (3% BSA) at room temperature for 30min; Antibody incubation with TBB5 (7D3) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-51387M) at 1:50 for 1 hour at 37°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 20 minutes and DAB staining.


A549 cells stained with TBB5 (7D3) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-51387M) at 1:25 dilution, followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated secondary antibody (green), cytoplasmic actin (red).
