This YWHAZ antibody is generated from a mouse immunized with a recombinant protein from human YWHAZ.
Purification:
Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Storage Buffer:
0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

Background:
Adapter protein implicated in the regulation of a large spectrum of both general and specialized signaling pathways. Binds to a large number of partners, usually by recognition of a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif. Binding generally results in the modulation of the activity of the binding partner.

Lane 1: A431 Cell lysates; Lane 2: HepG2 Cell lysates; Lane 3: NIH/3T3 Cell lysates; Lane 4: mouse brain lysates; Lane 5: C6 Cell lysates; Lane 6: PC-12 Cell lysates; probed with YWHAZ (1B6) Monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bsm-51397M) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Mouse brain; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with YWHAZ (1B6) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51397M) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, DAB staining.
