Background:

Apoptotic suppressor. Has E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity. Mediates the proteasomal degradation of target proteins, such as caspase-3, SMAC or AIFM1. Inhibitor of caspase-3, -7 and -9. Mediates activation of MAP3K7/TAK1, leading to the activation of NF-kappa-B.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human kidney; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with XIAP Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51607M) at 1:25 overnight at 4°C, DAB staining.


Lane 1: Jurkat cell lysates; Lane 2: Raji cell lysates; Lane 3: Hela cell lysates probed with XIAP Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-51607M) at 1:1000~4000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
