Background:

Adapter protein implicated in the regulation of a large spectrum of both general and specialized signaling pathways. Binds to a large number of partners, usually by recognition of a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif. Binding generally results in the modulation of the activity of the binding partner. Negatively regulates the kinase activity of PDPK1.

Size: 100ul

Concentration: 1ug/ul

Cross Reactive Species: Human

Predicted Cross Reactive Species: Mouse
Rat

VALIDATION IMAGES

A431 cells were stained with 14-3-3 Theta (5G1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52006R) at [1:200] incubated overnight at 4C, followed by secondary antibody incubation, DAPI staining of the nuclei and detection.

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with 14-3-3 Tau monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-52006R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
