Background:

Adapter protein implicated in the regulation of a large spectrum of both general and specialized signaling pathways. Binds to a large number of partners, usually by recognition of a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif. Binding generally results in the modulation of the activity of the binding partner. Negatively regulates the kinase activity of PDPK1.

Concentration: 1ug/ul

Cross Reactive Species: Human
Mouse
Rat

VALIDATION IMAGES

Lane 1: Hela; Lane 2: MCF-7 cell lysates; probed with 14-3-3 Theta (5G1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52006R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody.

A431 cells were stained with 14-3-3 Theta (5G1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52006R) at [1:200] incubated overnight at 4C, followed by secondary antibody incubation, DAPI staining of the nuclei and detection.
