Background: GTP-binding protein involved in protein trafficking that regulates endocytic recycling and cytoskeleton remodeling. Required for normal completion of mitotic cytokinesis. Plays a role in the reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton and the formation of stress fibers. May also modulate vesicle budding and uncoating within the Golgi apparatus. Involved in the regulation of dendritic spine development, contributing to the regulation of dendritic branching and filopodia extension. Functions as an allosteric activator of the cholera toxin catalytic subunit, an ADP-ribosyltransferase.

Size: 100ul

Concentration: 1ug/ul

VALIDATION IMAGES

Human liver lysate probed with ARF6 (5H4) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-52017R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody.

MCF-7 cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% normal goat serum in PBS, and stained with ARF6 (5H4) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52017R) at 1:200 in blocking solution. Slides were incubated overnight at 4°C followed by FITC conjugated secondary antibody inclubation and DAPI staining of the nucleus.
