Lane 1: A549 Cell lysates; Lane 2: HepG2 Cell lysates; Lane 3: SK-BR-3 Cell lysates; Lane 4: SW1990 cell lysates; probed with Cytokeratin 7 (6E6) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52065R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody.
A549 cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS and stained with Cytokeratin 7 (6E6) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52065R) at 1:200 and incubated overnight at 4C, followed by secondary antibody incubation, DAPI staining of the nuclei and detection.
