Background:

The bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are a family of secreted signaling molecules that can induce ectopic bone growth. Many BMPs are part of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGFB) superfamily. BMPs were originally identified by an ability of demineralized bone extract to induce endochondral osteogenesis in vivo in an extraskeletal site. Based on its expression early in embryogenesis, the BMP encoded by this gene has a proposed role in early development. In addition, the fact that this BMP is closely related to BMP5 and BMP7 has lead to speculation of possible bone inductive activity. [provided by RefSeq].

VALIDATION IMAGES

Lane 1: Hela; Lane 2: Jurkat; Lane 3: THP-1 lysates probed with IRF3 (4C3) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52116R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody .


MCF-7 cells were stained with IRF3 (4C3) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52116R) at [1:200] incubated overnight at 4C, followed by secondary antibody incubation, DAPI staining of the nuclei and detection.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded human breast carcinoma; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with IRF3 (4C3) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52116R) at 1:50 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary and DAB staining.


Lane 1: Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Testis lysates; Lane 3: Mouse Lymph node lysates; Lane 4: A549 cell lysates probed with IRF3 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-52116R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.


Lane 1: Human HepG2 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human 293T cell lysates probed with IRF3 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-52116M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
