Lane 1: NIH/3T3; Lane 2: 293T lysates probed with c-Jun(Ser63) (6C2 ) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52141R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody.
