Background:

V5-tagged recombinant protein lysates probed with V5 tag (4C3) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52350R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation for 60 min at 37˚C.
