MCF-7 cell lysates probed with LDL Receptor Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-52372R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa lysate probed with LDL Receptor (1A7) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52372R) at 1:50 dilution (red) compared with an unlabeled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
IF(ICC) staining with LDL Receptor (1A7) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52372R) at 1:100 in HeLa cells (green). The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.
