VALIDATION IMAGES
Lane 1: Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: NIH/3T3 cell lysates; Lane 3: Mouse brain lysates probed with N Cadherin (5G1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52389R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation for 60 min at 37˚C.
Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells with N Cadherin (5G1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52389R) at 1:50 dilution (red). After incubation of the primary antibody at room temperature for an hour, the cells were stained with an Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution for 30 minutes.
