Background:

Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. The gamma chain is found at microtubule organizing centers (MTOC) such as the spindle poles or the centrosome. Pericentriolar matrix component that regulates alpha/beta chain minus-end nucleation, centrosome duplication and spindle formation.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells with gamma Tubulin (8C1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52814R) at 1:50 dilution (red) compared with an unlabeled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).


Lane 1: A431 lysates; Lane 2: Jurkat lysates; Line 3: Mouse brain lysates; Probed with gamma Tubulin (8C1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52814R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.


IF(ICC) staining with gamma Tubulin (8C1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52814R) at 1:100 in SHG-44 cells (red). The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.
