VALIDATION IMAGES
Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded Mouse lung tissue incubated with HE4 (8C3) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52840R) at 1:100, overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining. Counterstained with hematoxylin.
Lane 1: Mouse Testis tissue lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Uterus tissue lysates; Lane 3: Human A431 cell lysates probed with HE4 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-52840R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
