Background:

Class-IV neuronal intermediate filament that is able to self-assemble. It is involved in the morphogenesis of neurons. It may form an independent structural network without the involvement of other neurofilaments or it may cooperate with NF-L to form the filamentous backbone to which NF-M and NF-H attach to form the cross-bridges.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Lane 1: Mouse Bran; Lane 2: A549 Cells; Probed with alpha Internexin (1C7) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-54173R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.


IF(ICC) staining with alpha Internexin (1C7) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-54173R) at 1:100 in PC-12 cells (green). The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.


Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded Rat Brain tissue incubated with alpha Internexin (1C7) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-54173R) at 1:100, overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining. Counterstained with hematoxylin.
