Background:

Plays a key role in retinoic acid metabolism. Acts on retinoids, including all-trans-retinoic acid (RA) and its stereoisomer 9-cis-RA. Capable of both 4-hydroxylation and 18-hydroxylation. Responsible for generation of several hydroxylated forms of RA, including 4-OH-RA, 4-oxo-RA and 18-OH-RA. Subcellular Location : Endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Microsome membrane.

Lane 1: HepG2 Cells; Probed with CYP26A1 (11A1) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-54341R) at 1:500 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C.


Lane 1: Human HepG2 cell lysates; Lane 2: Human A549 cell lysates probed with CYP26A1 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-54341R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.
