Background:

Transcription factor that binds to purine-rich DNA sequences. Forms a ternary complex with SRF and the ETS and SRF motifs of the serum response element (SRE) on the promoter region of immediate early genes such as FOS and IER2. Induces target gene transcription upon JNK and MAPK-signaling pathways stimulation.

VALIDATION IMAGES

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with ELK1 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-61173R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
