Background:

Plays a role in constitutive splicing and modulates the selection of alternative splice sites. Plays a role in the alternative splicing of MAPT/Tau exon 10. Plays a role in wound healing and in the regulation of keratinocyte differentiation and proliferation via its role in alternative splicing.

VALIDATION IMAGES

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with SRSF6 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62530R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
