Background:

Transcription factor that specifically binds to the octamer motif (5'-ATTTGCAT-3'). Regulates IL6 expression in B cells with POU2AF1. Regulates transcription in a number of tissues in addition to activating immunoglobulin gene expression. Modulates transcription transactivation by NR3C1, AR and PGR.

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with OCT2 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62943R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
